How do I  order?

A: There are three convenient ways to place an order: online, in person or by phone.

1. You can  design and pay for your custom shirts here on our website.  2. If you need to see shirt samples or physical color swatches you can come by the shop M-F, 9am - 5pm and place your order in person. 3. You can also give us a call at 757-545-5440 and we will be happy to assist you.

How can I get cost info before I place an order?

A: Click on the “Quick Quote” link in the menu bar.  To view price, choose a product to print on, select color, input decoration location(s), size and quantity.

What is the turnaround time for most orders?

A:  Most orders are ready for pick-up or shipment within 5-8 business days. However turn-around times may vary slightly by job.

Can I get design help?

A: Absolutely!  We offer professional design review and make necessary art adjustments to get your file print ready. If you don’t have a design, just give us a description of the desired text and graphics and we will create a design for you for FREE.  If you would like to place an order and have us design the graphics, give us a call.

Will I get to see a sample before my order is printed?

A: Before any job is printed, customers receive a digital mock-up of the order. The customer must approve all art files before any printing begins. The customer can request to see a sample shirt before the entire job is printed(shipping fees may apply).

Is there a minimum required to place an order?

A: We have a low order minimum of 12 pieces.  Quantity discounts begin at 30 pieces.
